Everyday Western Shipping and Returns Policy

We are a small business and will do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However all shipping times are subject to change.

All orders will process and ship 1-3 days after purchase is complete.

If you pay for a faster shipping method (Next Day, 2nd Day or Express Mail), there will still be a 1-3 day process before your order ships. 

Due to COVID-19 some carriers are not delivering packages on time, it is the customer's responsibility (you) to contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx in regards to lost/damaged packages and tracking information.

We do not refund any shipping costs and you are responsible for all shipping costs for both returns or exchanges. You may return orders for a refund excluding the shipping cost within 14 days once the package has arrived.

We do not accept returns on western hats (no exceptions).
